We are selling our little cozy houseboat.

The berth on site cannot be taken over! The houseboat is situated in Kiel, Germany at the moment.

Thanks to a fireplace and heat pump, the houseboat gets you through the winter very well. Even ice doesn't affect the heavy concrete base. Since the center of gravity is in the base, it moves or rocks very little and hardly makes any noise.
Anyone who has had experience with houseboats knows that aluminum hulls have problems in this area; sometimes the noise is unbearable on days with a lot of waves.
If you love peace and quiet and are looking for a small, idyllic office, home or holiday residence, this is the right place for you.
